Shipping/Pick up Policy
For all postage/deliveries:
We offer regular tracked delivery on all items as standard. For timeframes of delivery, due to Covid19 some items are taking longer to arrive than usual, please allow additional time to receive your order. Delays with postage/couriers are beyond our control and therefore we do not offer refunds if items are delayed due to delivery issues unless we are refunded by the carrier.
For any damages caused in transit once you have received the item you will need to contact the Courier or Auspost directly for advice on how to process a claim. In most cases the item and packaging is to be taken to the local depot for inspection prior to a claim being undertaken and therefore process needs to be completed by the recipient and a claim number provided to us to follow up.
For Pick up Orders:
Pick up is available from St Marys NSW. The pick-up days may vary from week to week and are by appt only. Failing to pick up on arranged day without 1hr prior notification will incur a rescheduling fee of $8 or payment of postage costs to send your items. (We often drive to the location to meet you for pick up appt, so petrol costs and time may need to be covered if having to return.)
